Livingunderworld.org Rules & Policies

Welcome to the Member Galleries on Livingunderworld.org. Here you can register for an account, which enables you to upload photos to your own personal albums and to the general categories, or simply view the photos uploaded by others. Registered members can also comment on, and rate photos. The galleries are FREE of charge, but there two conditions of use: 1) you must register for an account with a valid email address to post photos, 2) Livingunderworld.org may use your photo(s) in other sections of the website for educational purposes, without notice to the owner. In each instance of use, the username of the photographer and copyright information will be provided.

MEMBERS HAVE THE OPTION OF PLACING THEIR PHOTOS IN MULTIPLE CATEGORIES AT THE TIME OF UPLOAD. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN A PHOTO IS UPLOADED TO ONE OF OUR CATEGORIES, SUCH AS THE MAMMALIA CATEGORY, THE PHOTO IS AUTOMATICALLY COPIED TO THE USER'S OWN GALLERY. TO AVOID DUPLICATE PHOTOS, DURING THE UPLOAD PROCESS PLEASE DO NOT SELECT BOTH YOUR PERSONAL GALLERY AND A CATEGORY; OTHERWISE YOU WILL UPLOAD THE SAME PHOTO AS A DUPLICATE.

All uploaded images must remain within the scope of Livingunderworld.org's material, which includes, but is not limited to, amphibians, amphibian habitats, and other amphibian related subjects. In addition, general nature, botanic, and zoological photographs are also welcome. Please note that the galleries are moderated, and unwarranted or objectionable materials may be removed without notice to the user. The galleries are for everyone, so please don't abuse them.
